The structure and process of steel pipe stacking machine mainly includes the pipe feeding part, the pipe arrangement part, the lifting part, the flattening part, the pipe bundle conveyor part, the pipe bundle storage part.

1.Pipe feeding part:transfer the steel pipe to the pipe platform, 1 inch chain loading rack 2 sets.

2.Pipe arrangement part:The main machine is used for the counting of steel pipes and arrange them in a line according to the requirements of the program instruction. The 1.4m×1.9m composite platform is composed of  2 sets.

3 Lifting part:Used for arranging the steel pipe according to the set number of layers into package type, hydraulic lifting 2 sets.

4.Flattening part: Used for pushing the steel pipe into the packed type flatly, Flattening frame 1 set.

5.Pipe bundle conveyor part:The shaped package is automatically transported to the packing position through the outgoing package conveying device (trolley type). Conveyor car one set.

6.Pipe bundle storage part: The completed package type is automatically transported to the storage position by the bag carriage, and the 4 packages are closely arranged for lifting. Package trolley 1 set.

7. Electrical automatic control part: Used for the automatic control of stacking machine, such as tube loading, counting, stacking and packing; Including PLC computer, frequency converter, touch screen, various electrical inductors, gas distribution, circuit distribution, operating table, and etc.
